Alfredo S. has over a decade of experience in the healthcare and financial sectors, currently serving as a Senior Community Liaison for Medicare Advantage at the Visiting Nurse Service of New York since June 2012. Prior to this role, Alfredo worked as a Medicare Sales Agent at UnitedHealth Group from August 2011 to June 2012. Alfredo also gained valuable customer service experience as a Sales & Service Specialist at Bank of America from July 2007 to May 2011, and as a Call Center Supervisor at Uniteller Financial Services from September 2005 to July 2007. Alfredo holds an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from PCCC.
