Pedro Santiago

Pedro Santiago has extensive experience in business analysis and health services, currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at VNS Health since January 2014. Throughout the years at VNS Health, Pedro has progressed through various roles, including IT Business Analyst, Associate Business Analyst, IT, Training Associate, IT Consultant, and Clinical Transformation and Innovation Associate (Intern). Prior to VNS Health, Pedro worked as a Visitor Services Assistant at The Metropolitan Museum of Art from 2003 to 2014. In terms of education, Pedro is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Arizona State University, expected to complete in May 2024, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Services Administration from Lehman College and an Associate's Degree in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from CUNY Bronx Community College.
