Brian Belcher

Brian Belcher is an experienced professional with a diverse background in substance use counseling, case management, and customer service. Currently serving as a Substance Use Counselor and Case Manager at VOA Alaska since November 2022, Brian previously held case management roles at Catholic Social Services and Alaska Behavioral Health. Brian's earlier experiences include positions as a Peer Support Specialist, Business Travel Sales Manager, and Guest Service Lead among others. Brian also has a background in administrative support and coordination within various organizations and has contributed to the arts as an instructor at Underground Dance Company. Brian's educational journey includes studies at Southern New Hampshire University, Walla Walla University, and the University of Alaska Anchorage.
