Piers Telford

Piers Telford has a diverse work experience history. Piers started their career at Warner Bros. Studios in 2011, where they provided support for the tour department and various shows on the lot. Their responsibilities included customer service, ticket sales, and assisting with management requests.

In 2012, Piers joined ZEFR as a Music Research Assistant, focusing on YT Rights Management. Piers then progressed to become a Channel Operations Specialist, where they optimized YouTube content for TV/Film Networks and managed ongoing channel performance. Piers later became a Channel Operations Supervisor, overseeing a team of 5 specialists and implementing workflows and publishing calendars for clients.

After eight years with ZEFR, Piers moved to Vobile in 2020. Piers initially served as a Senior Operations Manager on Channel ID and eventually became the Associate Director of Operations for Channel ID. In this role, they supervised a team of 20 and successfully managed the transition of operations from ZEFR to Vobile. Piers also pitched potential clients on operational capabilities and created a process for managing YouTube Story creation, a mobile-exclusive feature.

Piers' career has showcased their expertise in operations management, client coordination, and workflow optimization in the digital media industry.

Piers Telford pursued their education from 2006 to 2010 at Columbia College Chicago, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Film Editing/Film Criticism.
