Antoine Menant

Antoine Menant has a diverse work experience starting from 2005. Antoine began their career as an Administrator réseau at Ecole du sacre coeur, where they managed the IT system and handled the purchase of equipment. In 2007, they transitioned to the role of Professeur des écoles at Education Nationale, teaching in schools until 2011. Antoine then joined OCP Répartition as a Technicien Informatique in 2014. Currently, Antoine is working at Vocalcom since 2015. Antoine has held various roles, including Support L2 from 2015 to 2018, Support L2/L3 VIP from 2018 to 2019, and currently, they are working as a Support L3. In their roles at Vocalcom, Antoine provided support to major accounts and main platforms, resolving incidents and analyzing VoIP, network, system, and database issues, along with debugging JavaScript.

Antoine Menant attended Université Paris Cité from 1999 to 2005, where they earned a Licence IUP Informatique in Informatique. In December 2019, they obtained a certification in Session Border Controller (SBC) - Essentials & Configuration from AudioCodes.
