Faisal Iqbal has a diverse work experience in project management, primarily in the field of call center solutions and integration. Faisal began their career in 2008 at ZRG International as a Support Team Lead/Project Coordinator, where they were responsible for deploying and implementing call center solutions for clients, as well as coordinating with international partners. In 2013, they joined Transdata Solutions LLC as a Pre-Sales/Project Coordinator, and then moved on to Vocalcom in 2014 as a Technical and Project Specialist. At Vocalcom, they created project plans, managed project documentation, and utilized Prince2 project management methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.

Faisal Iqbal AgilePM®,PRINCE2® has a Bachelor's degree in Management And Administrative Sciences from Karachi University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including "Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator" from Microsoft in April 2020, "Agile Project Management" from APMG International, "Microsoft Certified Professional" in Microsoft, "Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in Microsoft SQL Server" from Microsoft, "Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Installation and Configuration" from Microsoft, and "PRINCE2® 2017 Project Management Certifications" from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
