Bette Bigsby currently serves as the Deputy Clerk for the Charter Township of Mundy and has extensive experience as an Executive Assistant at the Vocational Independence Program since May 2021. Vocational Independence Program-VIP (formerly known as GCARC) provides services for adults with disabilities and barriers to employment. The Work/Training agency emphasizes Employment 1st modules and strategies and training in work, activities of daily living, and social skills. Individuals are involved in production, assembly and product manufacturing, in addition to group skill development activities such as: communication, health and safety, community awareness and integrated community activities.
