Marvin Paschal

Marvin Paschal has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Marvin started their career in 2001 at ITT, where they served as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer and later as a Manufacturing Quality Engineer. During their time at ITT, they validated embedded systems software and designs, reviewed and approved system specifications, and implemented a web-based visual inspection data collection system.

In 2012, Marvin joined General Dynamics C4 Systems as a Software Test Engineer Contractor. Marvin then moved to BAE Systems as a Senior Process Engineer, where they were responsible for the production and testing of engine control systems for Airbus A380 and other jetliners. Marvin also supervised hourly employees working on these programs.

From 2015 to 2016, Marvin worked at Extension Healthcare as a Manager of System Testing. Marvin then joined Vocera in 2016, initially serving as the Manager of System Testing and later as the Senior Quality Assurance Engineer Lead.

Most recently, Marvin joined Stryker in 2022 as the Manager of Platform Development.

Marvin Paschal completed their education from 1997 to 2001 at Tri-State University. There, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
