Mandy Brearley

Mandy Brearley has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Mandy is currently serving as the Head of HR at VoCoVo since November 2020. Prior to this, Mandy worked as an independent Human Resources Specialist at MB HR Support since March 2012, where they provided outsourced HR support to small and medium-sized companies. Mandy also served as an Associate HR Consultant at Forbury People Limited from January 2012 to January 2023. Before that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at BD UK LTD from February 2002 to February 2012. Mandy's early career includes a role as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at OXFORD AUTOMOTIVE from October 1997 to February 2002, where they handled generalist HR responsibilities and led the closure of the plant from an HR perspective.

Mandy Brearley has pursued education in various fields. Mandy obtained a degree in Human Resources Management from Oxford Brookes University. Additionally, they earned a Certificate in Counselling from Oxford College of Further Education. Mandy also gained expertise in mental health by completing the Mental Health First Aider program at Restore. Furthermore, they received training in psychometric testing and ability tests from SHL.
