Elena Meshkova

Elena Meshkova has a diverse range of work experience spanning several companies and industries.

From 2020 to the present, they worked at Voctiv as a Global Project Manager, leading teams in the development of international voice AI projects and an SMB platform. Elena managed teams of local employees in various regions and successfully handled a portfolio of customers across different industries.

Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, they were a Project Manager at SIBUR, where they played a key role in developing an internal tracking system for the company. Elena ensured the project stayed on schedule, managed customer relationships, and implemented LEAN methods.

In 2017, Elena worked at Coca-Cola HBC Russia as a Continuous Improvement Lead, optimizing business processes and implementing a training system. Elena also developed a continuous improvement strategy in alignment with business priorities.
