Josenilo Gregorio

Josenilo Gregorio has over 10 years of work experience in customer service, sales and business development. Josenilo started their career in 2005 as a CSR 2 at Convergys, where they answered inbound calls for general inquiries, simple billing questions and disputes, programming changes and account activation. In 2009, they moved to VXI Global Solutions, Inc as an Inbound Sales Consultant, where they answered inbound calls from people inquiring about satellite cable service and tried to convert calls into account signup. In 2010, they joined CSG Channels as a Partner Relation Specialist, where they did outbound calls to Microsoft partners to either inform/educate and/or recruit/retain. Finally, in 2012 they joined Vocus Inc as a Business Development Specialist, where they researched on MM business and called them to speak about how Vocus could be of value to the companies media relation efforts.

Josenilo Gregorio completed a B.S. in Mathematics major in Computer Science from the University of Santo Tomas between 1990 and 1993. Prior to that, they attended Ateneo de Zamboanga University from 1980 to 1990.
