Benjamin Schroeder

Benjamin Schroeder is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at VODA.ai since June 2025, and has been advising various companies on business and technology strategy since January 2022. Previously, Schroeder held the position of Vice President of Machine Learning at Movable Ink from November 2023 to June 2025, where oversight of AI and machine learning initiatives included leading the development of the 'Agentic Campaign' feature. At Wayfair, from February 2016 to October 2023, Schroeder advanced through roles including Director of Search, Recommendations & Advertising, where leadership was provided for the machine learning team, and Senior Manager of Data Science & Machine Learning, establishing the data science team in Europe. Early career efforts included a PhD candidacy at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, culminating in the publication of numerous academic works and securing research grants, alongside completing a Master of Arts at the same institution.
