Barbara Molosankwe

Barbara Molosankwe (Modiadie) is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Executive Head: HRBP at Vodacom since December 2021, after a long tenure as HR Business Partner since August 2006. With a strong focus on implementing strategic human resources priorities, Barbara has effectively managed employee engagement initiatives, talent management, and performance processes while supporting business transformation and functional change programs. Previous roles include Senior HR Analyst at Accenture and various HR positions at Makgaba Consulting, Water Research Commission, and Molekwa and Mali Civil Engineering, where Barbara honed expertise in employee relations, recruitment, and training. Barbara holds a National Diploma in Human Resources Management, a Higher Diploma in Business Management, and a certification in Women in Leadership from the University of North West.
