Confidence Ramotsehoa

Confidence Ramotsehoa has extensive experience in quality assurance, currently serving as QA Manager at Vodacom since August 2006. In this role, Confidence Ramotsehoa is responsible for drafting and implementing testing processes, managing service level agreements, and overseeing third-party suppliers. Additionally, Confidence Ramotsehoa focuses on resource management, training, project management, and performance management while also handling mobile applications development and new device testing. Prior to this position, Confidence Ramotsehoa was a Test Analyst at Telkom from January 2000 to July 2006. Confidence Ramotsehoa holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Wits Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematical Statistics from the University of Fort Hare.
