JP Davids currently serves as the Managing Executive: Investor Relations at Vodacom since September 2020. Prior to this role, JP held positions as an Equity Research Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from September 2016 to September 2020 and as the Head of South African Equity Research at Absa Capital / Barclays from September 2013 to September 2016. JP's earlier experience includes serving as a Director at Barclays Capital from 2009 to September 2016, an Associate at JP Morgan from 2008 to 2009, and an Associate at Bear Stearns from 2007 to 2008. JP began a professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate from 2004 to 2007. JP holds a degree from the University of Cape Town.
