Tando Mkosi

Tando Mkosi is the Managing Executive for Talent Management and Organisation Effectiveness at Vodacom, a position held since April 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing talent management practices and enhancing organisational effectiveness across the Vodacom Group in the Africa Region. Previously, Tando held various executive HR roles within Vodacom, including Managing Executive for Organisation Design and Effectiveness and International Business Human Resources. Additional experience includes serving as Cluster HR Head at Absa Business Banking from September 2006 to November 2010, supporting leadership teams across multiple segments. Tando holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Industrial and Labour Studies, Sociology, and Psychology from the University of KwaZulu Natal.
