Cristina also obtained a Post Graduation Diploma in Human Rights and Democracy from the European Inter-University Centre for Human Rights and Democratisation in 2003. Additionally, they completed various training courses, including Business and Human Rights at HREA and UPeace in 2013, Human Rights Based Programming at Human Rights Education Associates in 2011, and Project Management and MS Project at Tecnicol in 2008. Furthermore, they pursued a Results Based Monitoring and Evaluation course at the International Institute for Local Development in 2014.
