Mario Nhantumbo

Mario Nhantumbo is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and training, currently serving as the Resourcing and Development Manager at Vodacom Moçambique since October 2011. In this role, Mario evaluates individual and organizational development needs, ensures employee training, manages budgets and vendor relationships, and implements people engagement strategies. Previously, Mario has held positions as a Training Supervisor and Training Officer, where responsibilities included designing training programs and evaluating their effectiveness.
