Vishala Raman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer care and credit management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Care at Vodafone Fiji since November 2006, Vishala provides leadership and manages daily operations while focusing on efficiency and robust process implementation. Prior to this role, Vishala was the Group Credit Manager at Courts Fiji Limited from April 1998 to November 2006, overseeing the credit team and managing credit policies to promote growth and minimize bad debts. Vishala began a career as Manager Credit at Merchant Finance Limited from January 1990 to 1998, responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of potential customers and ensuring adherence to credit policies. Vishala holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Public Administration from CQUniversity and The University of the South Pacific.
