Amit Trivedi

Amit Trivedi has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning multiple companies and roles. Amit started their career as an Officer - Personnel at Videocon International Ltd in 1999. Amit then worked as a Regional Personnel Executive - East at Titan Industries Ltd in 2002. Trivedi joined Reliance Industries Ltd in 2003 as a Manager - HR. In 2005, they moved to Vodafone India, where they held various positions including Deputy Manager - HR, Manager - Human Resources, Senior Manager - HR, Deputy General Manager - Human Resources, Deputy General Manager - Performance Management & Recognition, Head - Human Resources, MP & CG, and Head of Human Resources Punjab, HP, J&K. In 2018, they transitioned to Vodafone Idea Limited and served as Vice President, HR Business Partner - Support Functions before assuming their current role as Vice President & HRBP - Consumer Business (Sales, Retail and Customer Services). Trivedi has been responsible for driving change, organization design, talent management, and employee engagement throughout their career.

Amit Trivedi has a PGCPM degree in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. Amit also holds a DHRM degree in Human Resources from IMDR, Pune, and an MPM degree in Human Resources from the University of Pune. Amit has a DLL&LW degree in Labour Law from Savitribai Phule Pune University, a BA degree in Eco, Maths, and Stats from Fergusson College, and a XIIth degree in Science (PCM) from Rajendra Vidyalaya. Amit completed their Xth degree from DBMS ENGLISH SCHOOL. Additionally, they received professional coaching from Grow More Avenues.
