Avijeet Shekhar

Avijeet Shekhar has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Avijeet currently serves as the Vice President of Performance Management at Vodafone Idea Limited, where they are responsible for creating a high-performance culture and promoting continuous feedback and development within the company. Prior to this, Avijeet worked as the Lead Business HR at TATA Power from 2019 to 2023. Avijeet also held positions at Tata Steel, where they served as a Sr. Manager HR and HR Manager from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, Avijeet gained experience as a Summer Intern at TITAN COMPANY LIMITED in 2014 and started their career as an Assistant Engineer at Damodar Valley Corporation in 2010.

Avijeet Shekhar completed their 10th-grade education at D.A.V Public School in Lohardaga from 1992 to 2002. Avijeet then attended Guru Nanak Higher Secondary School in Ranchi from 2002 to 2004 and completed their high school education. From 2005 to 2009, Avijeet studied Electronics & Communication Engineering at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, earning an Engineer's Degree. Finally, from 2013 to 2015, they attended XLRI Jamshedpur and obtained a PGDHRM in HRM.
