Dhaivat Oza

Dhaivat Oza has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Vice President of Service Assurance at Vodafone Idea Limited since March 2017. Prior contributions at Vodafone included roles as General Manager, Head, and DGM in Service Assurance from 2009 to March 2017. Earlier, Dhaivat held the position of DGM in Customer Operations at Reliance Communication from March 2005 to 2009, and worked as Manager of Tech Operations at GTL Ltd between 1997 and 2005. The career began at MCS Ltd as a Senior Officer in IT from 1993 to 1996. Dhaivat Oza's educational background includes a PGDCA and a postgraduate degree from Gujarat University, as well as a BSc in Statistics from the same institution.
