Priyanka Shah Islania has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Priyanka began their career as a student at N L Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research from 2009 to 2011. Priyanka then joined Capgemini Consulting India Private Ltd. as an Executive HR, specializing in recruitment, from 2011 to 2013. Following that, they worked at Syntel as an Assistant Manager HR from 2013 to 2015. Priyanka then joined airtel as a Manager Human Resources from 2015 to 2017. Priyanka then worked at Sony Pictures Networks India, first as a Talent Acquisition Manager from 2017 to 2018, and later as a Manager-HR Business partner from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they serve as the Vice President - HRBP Marketing at Vodafone Idea Limited.
