Ronak Patel

Ronak Patel has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry, primarily with Vodafone Idea Limited and Idea Cellular Ltd. Ronak currently holds the position of Vice President Marketing at Vodafone Idea Limited, a role they took on in May 2022. Prior to this, they were the Head Capabilities & Platform CVM at the same company starting from January 2019. Ronak also has a long history with Idea Cellular Ltd, where they held various leadership roles such as VAS U&R & Segmentation- National Head (General Manager) from June 2015 onwards and Head Vas & Roaming - Marketing from September 2012. Before that, they served as Head Customer Interaction Management-Service Delivery from November 2009 to September 2012 and Head Service Excellence - Service Delivery from November 2000 to November 2009.

Ronak Patel has a postgraduate degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the Indira Gandhi National Open University, which was completed in 2005. Before that, they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Gujarat University between 2000 and 2002, and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the same university between 1997 and 2000.

Currently, Ronak is pursuing a degree in Advanced Business Analytics, specifically in the field of EE EPABA, at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, expected to be completed in 2023.

In terms of certifications, Ronak obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in 2022.
