Sandeep Verma

Sandeep Verma is an accomplished telecommunications professional with extensive experience in RF planning and optimization. Currently serving as General Manager- Planning and Quality at Vodafone Idea Limited since January 2020, Sandeep previously held the position of Sr Manager at Idea Cellular Ltd, where responsibilities included leading 3G initiatives. Prior roles include LTE Optimization Specialist and WCDMA Optimization roles at Ericsson India Global Services, focusing on pre-launch and post-launch optimization of LTE networks, as well as managing KPIs for multi-carrier sites. Sandeep began a career as an RF Engineer at Integrated Wireless Solution Pvt. Ltd. and holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Galgotia's College of Engineering and Technology, completed in 2005.
