Sourabh Sachdeva has extensive experience in customer service management. Sourabh began their career with SBI Card in 2006, starting as an associate in the call center and eventually becoming a Manager in Quality - Customer Services. Sourabh worked at SBI Card for over 10 years. In 2016, Sourabh joined Vodafone as a Senior Manager and stayed with the company until 2022. Sourabh then joined Vodafone Idea Limited as the General Manager of Customer Service, and later became the Vice President of Customer Service.
Sourabh Sachdeva obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Delhi University, where they studied from 2001 to 2004.
