Tina Bhardwaj has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tina started their career in 2002 as a Contact Center Outbound Executive at Hero ITES. In 2003, they joined Tata Teleservices Ltd, where they held various roles including Public Relations Officer, Prepaid Call Centre Operations, Complaint Management SPOC, and Relationship Manager for Tata Group Companies. Since 2016, Tina has been working at Vodafone Idea Limited, where they initially served as a Project Manager overseeing IoT projects and platform migrations. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Lead for IoT Program Management in the North and East regions.

Tina Bhardwaj completed a Diploma in Customer Relationship Management from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies in Pune from 2008 to 2010. From 1999 to 2002, they pursued an Advance degree in Japanese Language and Literature at Japan Cultural and Information Centre in Mandi House, Delhi. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University, from 1996 to 1999. Tina also attended KV Janakpuri Delhi from 1994 to 1996 for Humanities/Humanistic Studies.
