Jan Zwang is a seasoned professional in market and customer insights with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Market & Customer Insights at VodafoneZiggo since January 2017, Jan Zwang oversees market research for both Consumer and Enterprise sectors and plays a pivotal role in the Strategy, Integration, and Intelligence Management team. Prior to this, Jan Zwang was Head of Market Insights at Vodafone from May 2008 to December 2016, managing the NL market insights team for mobile and fixed telecom research.
