Will Reijnders

Will Reijnders is an experienced professional with a strong background in operational management and process improvement, currently serving as the Operational Readiness Manager at VodafoneZiggo since January 2016. In this role, responsibilities include assessing the operational impact of incoming projects and ensuring deliverables meet operational needs through the translation of requirements into Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs). Previously, Reijnders worked at Vodafone in various capacities, including Incident Process Manager and Change Process Manager, where effective incident management and change management processes were developed and strengthened.
