Carsten Richter is a seasoned transformation and PMO expert with leadership experience, previously associated with Accenture. Currently, Carsten serves as the Head of Delivery and Vendor Operations and Agile PMO Lead at Vodafone, overseeing budget management, resource management, and delivery reporting for one of Europe’s largest telecommunications transformation programs. Prior to this, Carsten held various positions, including Executive Project Manager at Vodafone Kabel Deutschland and Senior Consultant at Esprit Consulting, where they guided significant IT and business transformation initiatives. Carsten earned a Diplom (BA) in Informationstechnik from Berufsakademie Stuttgart and a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honors from The Open University.
