Henrique Sá Couto

Henrique Sá Couto is a seasoned finance and strategy professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and finance sectors. Currently serving as a Strategy Senior Analyst at Vodafone since January 2016, Henrique advises the Executive Committee on critical projects, focusing on market and regulatory positioning while mentoring junior team members. Key projects include leading the valuation process for Nowo, managing project valuations for fixed network sharing agreements, and collaborating on 5G spectrum valuation. Prior to Vodafone, Henrique worked as a Senior Consultant in Corporate Finance at Deloitte Consultores, assisting clients with business valuations and project finance. Earlier roles include internships at Banco Santander in Corporate and Investment Banking Europe, as well as at Banco Santander Totta, where Henrique supported banking services for Iberian SMEs. Academically accomplished, Henrique holds a Master’s in Banking and Financial Risk from Universidad de Alcalá and completed a Management Acceleration Programme at INSEAD.
