Jefferson Aboo is currently the Head of Operations - RAN at Vodafone Qatar QSC, a role they have held since 2016. With twenty years of experience in network operations, service management, and project management, Jefferson has developed a strong proficiency in both consumer and enterprise environments. Their expertise includes managing key performance indicators, overseeing service level agreements, and leading initiatives such as the Vodafone IPTV (GIGATV) Program. Jefferson holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering and has a proven track record of effective communication across diverse teams and cultures.
