Leigh Surman

Leigh Surman has extensive experience in financial analysis and management, with a career spanning over a decade in various roles. Starting as a Senior Financial Analyst at Vodafone UK from October 2013 to March 2015, Surman provided financial decision support and was responsible for a £155 million operating expense forecast for HR and Property. Following this, various finance roles included leading Technology and Property Opex accounting, totaling £481 million per annum. Currently serving as Finance Manager for the Enterprise Business Unit at Vodafone since August 2018, Surman oversees month-end accounting and reporting of approximately £2.4 billion in service revenue across five billing systems. Previous experience also includes an interim role as Senior Management Accountant at Fujitsu, managing £38 million in global delivery operating expenses, and acting as the IT/R&D Finance Controller at Bayer, overseeing financial management for multiple legal entities. Leigh Surman is a qualified ACCA professional.
