Markus Frisch

Markus Frisch is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in cyber and information security, project management, and business process optimization. Currently a Senior Manager for Policy, Awareness & Certification at Vodafone Group Services since 2005, Markus oversees the global Cyber Security policies and frameworks, providing assurance and reporting on the security posture to senior management. Previously, Markus held roles such as Principal Manager and Senior Programme Manager at Vodafone, where responsibilities included managing security controls and leading the Sarbanes-Oxley Programme. Prior experience includes directing processes at Vodafone Global Products & Services, leading standardization efforts at FirstMark Communications, and managing customer projects at Mannesmann Arcor. Markus began a career in network management and IT security at Mannesmann Mobilfunk and has a Master's degree in Computer Science from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
