Matt Browning has extensive experience in governance and programme management, currently serving as the Governance & Programme Manager in the Group CTO Office at Vodafone since August 2007. Prior to this role, Matt held various positions at Vodafone from 2003 to 2007, including Head of Contract Performance Management and Service Authority. Earlier experience includes working at SITA from 1995 to 2003, where responsibilities included SLA Manager, Senior Customer Service Manager, Account Manager, and Account Support. Matt holds a BSc in Geology from the University of Bristol, obtained between 1991 and 1994.
