Rosie Horton

Rosie Horton is a seasoned communications and engagement professional currently serving as the Engagement Manager for the Vodafone Foundation since November 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Communications Manager at Breaking Barriers from April 2022 to November 2024, and Marketing and Communications Manager at The Association of Commonwealth Universities from April 2020 to April 2022. Rosie also held positions such as Communications Manager at Kinship, Senior Communications Officer and Communications Officer at Leap Confronting Conflict, and Communications and Marketing Officer at Phoenix Community Housing. Early career experience involved serving as a Charityworks Graduate Trainee at Sovereign Housing Association and teaching English as a language instructor in both China and Chile.
