Sergio Gulino

Sergio Gulino has extensive experience in logistics and network development within Vodafone, starting in November 1999 and progressing to the role of EU Logistics Manager since October 2005. In this capacity, Sergio manages the logistics team, defining guidelines for logistics and demand planning while driving a transformation towards a new operational model. Previous roles at Vodafone include Network Logistic Manager, where responsibility extended to integrated logistics and warehouse management, and Operational Planning Manager, focusing on budget tracking and project management. Early career experience includes supervisory positions in radio access and RF design, as well as project leadership in the UMTS network for Lombardy. Sergio holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from CEFRIEL - Politecnico di Milano and a Laurea in Electronic Engineering from Università degli Studi di Palermo.
