Tara Debehar

Tara Debehar is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within Vodafone since October 2018, currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner for both Commercial and Corporate Functions, overseeing areas such as Finance, Legal, HR, External Affairs, and Cyprus Functions. Prior to Vodafone, Tara held multiple positions at Odgers Berndtson, including Resourcing Senior Manager and Recruitment Consultant, from December 2009 to September 2018. Tara began a career in recruitment as a Researcher at Profil International and Odgers Berndtson from September 2007 to December 2009. An alumnus of Université René Descartes in Paris, Tara holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, complemented by foundational education from Lycée Français Pierre Loti d'Istanbul.
