Florelle Adat

Florelle Adat is an experienced professional in community engagement and responsible business initiatives, currently serving as Senior Manager for Colleague Engagement & Events at Three since May 2017. In this role, Florelle develops and leads strategies that transform community interactions with technology, benefitting over 60,000 individuals. Prior to this, Florelle held positions including Policy and Programme Manager at the City of London, focusing on responsible business practices, and Corporate Client Manager at Charities Aid Foundation, managing a portfolio of 70 major companies. Florelle's earlier experience includes managing corporate partnerships at The Prince's Trust and innovative fundraising at Breast Cancer Care, complemented by a strong educational background including a Master’s in Integrative Counselling and Coaching from the University of East London and a Bachelor’s in Law from the University of Birmingham.
