Laura McKenna

Laura McKenna is an experienced Employee Relations Lead at Three since March 2019, providing professional employment legal advice and supporting business objectives through effective partnerships. Previously, Laura held various HR roles at Harrods, including ER Specialist and People Support Centre Manager, where responsibilities included managing an HR Shared Service Centre and delivering employee relations training. Earlier experience includes HR Advisor at Atos, coordinating immigration processes and managing employee relations cases. Laura holds a BSc in Sociology with Human Resource Management from the University of Bath and an Advanced Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD.
