Susanne Bennett

Susanne Bennett, MHRIR, currently serves as Employee Relations Lead at J.S. Held LLC since June 2022, following a role as Employee Relations Partner at MGM Resorts International from January 2019 to June 2022, where responsibilities included investigating complex employee relations cases and coaching operations on policy adherence. Previous experience includes serving as HR Associate in Diversity/Inclusion & Recruiting and Labor Relations Representative at Ford Motor Company, and as HR Intern focused on Learning and Development. Susanne also worked as a Graduate Assistant in Diversity Education at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and as a Client Advocate and Community Educator at the Tennessee Justice Center. Susanne’s early career includes serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer, emphasizing girls' education and empowerment. Educational qualifications include a Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Spanish from Agnes Scott College.
