Soufiane Ayed

Soufiane Ayed is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Senior RAN Strategy & Architecture Manager at Three UK since July 2015. Ayed leads initiatives related to coverage densification strategies, including small cells and neutral host solutions, while developing financial models for RAN architecture and influencing network budgeting. Previously held roles include OSS Strategy Manager and Operations Readiness Manager, focusing on operational service readiness and investment analysis for OSS solutions. Prior experience includes significant positions at Alcatel-Lucent, Vodafone UK, and Nortel Networks, where Ayed was responsible for project management, engineering leadership, and network performance monitoring.
