Tomasz Janisiewicz

Tomasz Janisiewicz has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tomasz most recently worked at Vodeno as a Senior Software Engineer since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at DXC Technology as a Senior Software Engineer, DevOps for the Volkswagen Group project from October 2017 to March 2021. In this role, they were responsible for developing new features, maintenance and monitoring tools, as well as providing support. Tomasz utilized a technology stack including OpenStack, Kubernetes, Kafka, MongoDB, Java 8, Angular, Python, Gradle, Git, Bamboo, Sonar, and ElasticSearch.

Before DXC Technology, Tomasz worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Senior Java Developer for the Leeds Building Society project from May 2016 to November 2017. Here, their main responsibilities included requirements analysis, reverse engineering, and implementation of new functionality. Their technology stack included Java 8, Spring 4, JPA, Hibernate 5, Junit, Spock, EJB, Struts, Maven, Git, Gitlab, Jenkins, Weblogic, Tomcat, Sonar, Oracle SQL, and Oracle PL/SQL.

Prior to Hewlett Packard Enterprise, they worked at Orange as a Senior Java Developer from May 2014 to April 2016. Tomasz also has experience working at Datera S.A. as a Java Software Developer, Team Leader, and SCRUM Master from June 2013 to May 2014, and as a Java Software Developer from September 2006 to June 2013. At Datera S.A., they worked on projects such as Call-eX and the ORANGE teleconferences system.

Additionally, Tomasz has had entrepreneurial experience as the Owner of Ergosoft from October 2005 to June 2013, and as an Entrepreneur at Akademickie Inkubatory Przedsiębiorczości from September 2005 to September 2009. Tomasz also worked briefly as a Software Developer at DGT in June and July 2004.

Tomasz Janisiewicz completed their education in a chronological order. Tomasz first attended the III High School in Wloclawek from 1996 to 2000, where they studied Mathematics and Physics. Following that, from 2000 to 2005, they attended Gdansk University of Technology and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Later, from 2004 to 2007, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management and Marketing from Gdansk University of Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Tomasz Janisiewicz has obtained several certifications. These include "Building Angular and Node Apps with Authentication," "Gradle for Java Developers," "Learning Amazon Lightsail," "Learning Amazon Web Services Lambda," "Learning Cloud Computing: Serverless Computing," "Learning Docker," and "Learning Java Lambda Expressions." These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in October and November of 2017.
