Jaffer Kazim

Jaffer Kazim has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology sector. Jaffer began their career in 2002 as a Software Engineer at InfraTech Associates and then moved on to work as a Senior Software Engineer at American Capital Mortgage. In these roles, they demonstrated leadership skills through leading team design discussions, code reviews, and story mapping sessions.

In 2006, Jaffer joined Epiq Systems as a Senior Software Test Automation Engineer, where they played a crucial role in developing and implementing automated testing processes. After five years, they transitioned to Fiserv as a Lead Software Test Automation Engineer.

In 2013, Jaffer joined IDM Analytics as a Program Manager, where they were responsible for scoping, developing, and managing project plans and deliverables. Jaffer effectively managed project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring successful project completion.

After four years at IDM Analytics, Jaffer joined Vodworks as a Service Delivery Manager. Jaffer later took on the role of Director of Operations and eventually became the VP of Operations & Services - Asia, Middle East & North America. In these positions, Jaffer provided strategic direction and leadership, liaised with vendors and clients, and drove transformation and change to enhance client service.

Jaffer Kazim's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island. Prior to that, they attended Susan Wagner High School. In addition to their formal education, Jaffer has obtained a certification as a Certified Tester - Foundation Level from the American Software Testing Qualifications Board in 2008.
