Carlos Granados has held various financial roles throughout their career. In 1999, they started as a Financial Analyst and Accounts Payable Supervisor at IBM. Carlos then became the Chief Financial Officer at ENGEL North America from 2001 to 2010. Following that, they served as the Controller at Carpenter Aceros Fortuna from 2010 to 2012. Carlos Granados then took on the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer at JCDecaux from 2012 to 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as the Finance Manager at HM.CLAUSE, where they were responsible for accounting, tax planning, treasury, invoicing, and general administration. Carlos Granados then joined BBVA en México as the Finance Treasury Solutions Manager from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Financial Officer at voestalpine.
Carlos Granados received a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy with a focus on Finance from Universidad La Salle, A.C., which they completed from 1997 to 2001. Carlos later pursued their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) in International Management at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) from 2004 to 2007.
