Bea Annot-Mekelenkamp

Bea Annot-Mekelenkamp is the Chairperson of the Supervisory Board at Vogellanden. Bea has extensive experience in leadership roles at various organizations.

Bea was previously the CEO of ERLY, a consulting company. Prior to that, they were the CEO of VTOI-NVTK. Bea also served as the Chairperson of the Board at NCD - Nederlandse vereniging van Commissarissen en Directeuren.

Annot-Mekelenkamp has also been actively involved with NVZD - Vereniging van bestuurders in de zorg and NVTZ. Bea was also a board member at VTW and Erasmus Centrum voor Zorgbestuur.

Before their career in leadership roles, they were a project leader at IJsseldal Wonen and De Adviseursgroep.

Bea Annot-Mekelenkamp has a Masters in Change Management from Sioo, interuniversitair centrum voor organisatie- en veranderkunde. Bea also has a degree in Leadership from Focus Conferences - Nijenrode, and English from Ceran Lingua International. Bea also has two VOs in management/organisation and methodology and policy from Windesheim.
