Nuwan Bandara started as a Factory Manager at Gartex Industries before moving on to become the General Manager at Vogue Tex. Nuwan Bandara then transitioned to Ceylon Leather Products PLC as a General Manager for Operations before taking on the role of General Manager at Voguetex (PVT) LTD where Nuwan Bandara currently serves.
