Ellen Naroditskiy has extensive work experience in various roles within different companies. Starting in 1999, they worked as a Web Designer at PHH Mortgage (Cendant Mortgage) until 2001. In 2001, they joined Voice Systems Engineering, where they held two positions. First, they worked as a Business Intelligence Analytics Project Manager, leading the design, development, and support of the company's business intelligence function. Ellen collaborated with project teams and business users to define reporting, analysis, and process needs. Additionally, Ellen served as a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager at Voice Systems Engineering. In this role, they executed proactive sourcing strategies to attract talented individuals to the company. Ellen established and nurtured relationships with candidates and provided them with a positive first impression of the organization.

Ellen Naroditskiy holds an MBA degree with a specialization in Project Management from the New York Institute of Technology. Ellen attended the institution from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and Technologies from Drexel University, where they studied from 1998 to 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Ellen has obtained several certifications to further enhance their knowledge and skills. Ellen is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance, which they received in March 2021. Furthermore, they have completed various certification programs in the field of big data analytics. In January 2016, they obtained a certification in "Machine Learning With Big Data" from the University of California, San Diego. Additionally, in December 2015, they completed a certification program in "Big Data Analytics" and in October 2015, they obtained a certification in "Introduction to Big Data Analytics," both from the same institution.
