Matthew Cohen

Matthew Cohen is a seasoned real estate broker with extensive experience in residential re-sales and new development. Currently serving as a Real Estate Broker at Brown Harris Stevens since August 2024, Matthew previously held similar positions at Douglas Elliman Real Estate and at Brown Harris Stevens from September 2020 to September 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Halstead Real Estate, CORE, and Nest Seekers International, where Matthew specialized in residential real estate and development. Before entering the real estate industry, Matthew worked in investment banking at Morgan Stanley. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and International Business from Muhlenberg College and has studied at Maastricht University.
