Armando Arteaga

Armando Arteaga has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Armando began their career as an Administrative Assistant at LA Models, where they handled office tasks and provided scheduling and travel support. In 2017, they joined Qualcomm as a Recruiter, where they interacted with potential candidates on social media and professional networks. Armando then transitioned to Service by Medallion, first as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, where they focused on candidate interaction, email campaigns, and coordination with hiring managers. Armando later became a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter, assisting in driving recruitment activities and ensuring accuracy and compliance. Finally, in 2021, Armando was promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager at Service by Medallion before joining Voices College-Bound Language Academies in 2023 as the Director of Talent Acquisition.
